About
I'm a doctoral candidate in my 4th year of study in IO Psychology at the University of Oklahoma. My research interests include topics in the organizational behavior such as leadership, specifically the outstanding leadership theory and the dark side of leadership, emotions in the workplace, ethics and ethical decision-making, deception and credibility, groups and teams, and interpersonal communication, specifically in a computer-mediated context.
Recently, I completed all sections of the doctoral exam successfully, and my dissertation project is now in progress. This study takes a historiometric approach to leadership research. This project focuses on the means through which outstanding leaders (charismatic, pragmatic, and ideological leaders) differ in their utilization of emotional displays in communicating goals and influencing followers.
